Sailing for women and couples with Captain Josie

The inventor of the Sailing Wind Wheel, Captain Josie, is the owner of the Adventure Cruise and Sailing School. She has concentrated on specialized classes such as sailing schools for women and instruction for couples. Her experience conducting sailing classes for atypical students has given her a great deal of insight into the ways people learn. Captain Josie challenged herself to find innovative ways to teach students. When teaching sailing for women she learned that most of her students were visual learners, so she set out to create a device that would allow beginners to visualize the relationship between the wind, vessel and sails. This quest to create a learning aid led to the creation of the Sailing Wind Wheel. Now, sailing classes teaching sailing for women, children, men and even couples all use the SWW to gain understanding and increase confidence without even being on a vessel. Captain Josie's students have found the SWW to be so useful that they even bring it aboard as they sail, so it is constructed of durable plastic that will handle the elements.

The SWW was created for Captain Josie's students and she loves to share its benefits with other schools.
